• Involves in corporate exercise such as merger & acquisitions, private placements, share swaps, bonus issue, share option scheme, board members & shareholders tussle, shareholders’ structure planning, consolidation and de-consolidation of shares and liquidation (Members’ Voluntary Winding Up).
• Provide corporate training to Board of Directors.

• An Associate Member of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrator (“MAICSA”).

Chartered Secretary and has 35 years of experience in the company secretarial practice. Her
practical experience has enable her to understand her clients’ needs and deliver practical and
effective services and solutions.
